四號(hào)瓊脂基礎(chǔ)配制方法:
稱取本品53.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量）,攪拌煮沸溶解１分鐘，冷卻至50—55℃，每100ml培養(yǎng)基中添加2支20518（0.05%亞碲酸鉀）或0.5支20803（亞碲酸鉀溶液），搖勻，傾注平板備用。

Peptone（蛋白胨） 20.0g
Beef Extract（牛肉浸粉） 5.0g
Sodium Chloride（氯化鈉) 5.0g
Sodium Sulfite（無(wú)水亞硫酸鈉） 3.0g
Sodium lauryl sulfate（十二烷基硫酸鈉） 0.5g
Pig Bile Powder（豬膽粉） 5.0g
Rivanol（利凡諾） 0.03g
Gentamicin（慶大霉素） 500U
Agar（瓊脂） 15.0g
pH8.5±0.2(25℃）
Preparation method:
According to take this product 53.5 g in 1 l of distilled water or deionized water (can be in proportion to increase or decrease preparation), stir boiling dissolved 1 minute, cooled to 50 to 55 ℃, 100 per 100 ml medium to add two (0.05% potassium tellurite) or 0.5 20803 (potassium tellurite solution), shake well and pour into plate and set aside.
