我妻氏血瓊脂配制方法:
稱取本品11.3g于100ml蒸餾水或去離子水中，100℃保溫30分鐘,冷卻至46-50℃，加入5ml預(yù)先洗滌的新鮮兔紅細(xì)胞（含抗凝劑），混勻，傾注平板。

Yeast Extract（酵母浸粉） 3.0g

Crystal Violet（結(jié)晶紫） 0.001g
Agar（瓊脂） 15.0g
pH8.0±0.2（25℃）
Preparation method:
Said the 11.3 g amount of this product in 100 ml of distilled water or deionized water, 100 ℃ heat preservation for 30 minutes, cool to 46-50 ℃, add 5 ml washing in advance of fresh rabbit red blood cells (including anticoagulants), blender, pour into the tablet.
