卵黃氯化鈉瓊脂培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)配制方法:
稱取本品5.18g于65ml蒸餾水或去離子水中，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，待冷至60℃左右，無菌操作加入2支20804（10%氯化鈉卵黃液），搖勻，傾注平皿。

Peptone（胨） 6.0g
Beef Extract（牛肉浸出粉) 1.8g
Sodium Chloride（氯化鈉） 30.0g
Agar（瓊脂） 14.0g
pH7.6±0.1(25℃)
Preparation method:
Said the 5.18 g amount of this product in 65 ml of distilled water or deionized water, 121 ℃ high pressure sterilization for 15 minutes, please shake after sterilization, to prevent AGAR deposited on the bottom of the vessel and solidification, stay cold to 60 ℃ or so, aseptic operation to join two 20804 (10% sodium chloride liquid egg yolk), shake well and pour into plate.
