卵黃氯化鈉瓊脂培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)配制方法:
稱取本品5.18g于65ml蒸餾水或去離子水中,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,待冷至60℃左右,無菌操作加入2支20804(10%氯化鈉卵黃液),搖勻,傾注平皿。

Peptone(胨) 6.0g
Beef Extract(牛肉浸出粉) 1.8g
Sodium Chloride(氯化鈉) 30.0g
Agar(瓊脂) 14.0g
pH7.6±0.1(25℃)
Preparation method:
Said the 5.18 g amount of this product in 65 ml of distilled water or deionized water, 121 ℃ high pressure sterilization for 15 minutes, please shake after sterilization, to prevent AGAR deposited on the bottom of the vessel and solidification, stay cold to 60 ℃ or so, aseptic operation to join two 20804 (10% sodium chloride liquid egg yolk), shake well and pour into plate.
