Bolton 肉湯基礎(chǔ)配方
配制方法:
稱取本品2.76g于100ml蒸餾水或去離子水中,121℃保高壓滅菌15分鐘,冷卻至45℃,添加1支20701(Bolton肉湯基礎(chǔ)添加劑)5ml無(wú)菌裂解脫纖維羊血,輕輕混勻,備用。
