察氏瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法:
稱取本品55.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌20分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Dipotassium phosphate
（磷酸氫二鉀） 1.0g
Magnesium Sulfate（硫酸鎂） 0.5g
Potassium Chloride（氯化鉀） 0.5g
Ferrous Sulfate（硫酸亞鐵） 0.01g
Sucrose（蔗糖) 30.0g
Agar(瓊脂) 20.0g
pH7.3±0.2（25℃）
