培養(yǎng)基的配制方法:
稱取本品42.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,冷至56℃左右添加滅菌小牛血清（培養(yǎng)基:血清為8:2）,酌情添加青霉素等抑菌劑，搖勻，備用。

Preparation method:
Said to take this product is 42.5 g in 1 l of distilled water or deionized water, heat to boil until completely dissolved, repackaging, 121 ℃ high pressure sterilization for 15 minutes, please shake after sterilization, to prevent AGAR deposited on the bottom of the vessel and solidification, cold to 56 ℃ or so add sterilization calf serum (medium: serum to speak), as appropriate to add bacteriostatic agent such as penicillin, shake well, set aside.
