硫代硫酸鹽檸檬酸鹽膽鹽蔗糖TCBS瓊脂配制方法：稱取本品89.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,攪拌煮沸溶解1分鐘,定容,冷卻至50—55℃傾注平板。
