連四硫酸鹽肉湯培養(yǎng)基基礎(chǔ)fluid tetrathionate medium base的配制方法: 稱取本品46g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量），加熱煮沸1分鐘，冷至25℃，每100ml中加入20315（碘溶液）、20316（0.1%煌綠溶液）各一支，使用鹽酸調(diào)節(jié)pH至7.2±0.1，混勻，分裝。
