無菌檢驗用洗脫液配制方法：稱取本品23.7g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌20分鐘,備用。

Peptone[蛋白胨]：10.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]：8.5g
Tween 80[吐溫-80]：1.0g
Disodium Hydrogen Phosphate[磷酸氫二鈉]：2.83g
Monopotassium phosphate[磷酸二氫鉀]：1.36g
pH7.3±0.1[25℃]

Dispensing method of eluent for sterility test: weigh 23.7g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, boil it until completely dissolved, pack it separately, sterilize it at 121 C for 20 minutes, stand by.
