Aliz-gal瓊脂配制方法：
稱取本品46.7g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量），微溫溶解，分裝，116℃高壓滅菌10分鐘,滅菌結束后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Pancreatic Digest of Casein（胰酪蛋白胨）：20.0g
Sodium Chloride（氯化鈉）：5.0g
Dipotassium Phosphate （磷酸氫二鉀）：2.75g
Monopotassium Phosphate（磷酸二氫鉀）：2.75g
Sodium Lauryl Sulfate（月桂基硫酸鈉）：0.1g
Aliz-gal（Aliz-gal）：0.05g
IPTG（IPTG）：0.03g
Aluminium Potassium Sulfate（硫酸鋁鉀）：0.5g
Ferric Ammonium Citrate（檸檬酸鐵銨）：0.5g
Agar（瓊脂）：15.0g
pH7.1±0.1（25℃）
Aliz-gal agar preparation method:
This product is called 46.7g in 1L distilled water or deionized water (can be increased or reduced proportionately), micro temperature dissolving, sub loading, 116 C sterilization for 10 minutes, after sterilization, please shake well in order to prevent agar from depositing at the bottom of the utensils and set aside.
