結(jié)晶紫中性紅膽鹽葡萄糖瓊脂配制方法：稱取本品38.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中(可按比例增加或減少配置量),攪拌煮沸溶解1分鐘，冷卻至50-55℃傾注平板。
