四硫磺酸鈉亮綠培養(yǎng)基TTB基礎(chǔ)的配置配制方法:稱取本品46.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量）,使用鹽酸調(diào)節(jié)pH至7.2±0.1(25℃)加熱煮沸1分鐘，冷至25℃，每100ml中加入20315、20316各一支，混勻，分裝。
