Muller -Kauffmann 四硫磺酸鈉肉湯基礎(chǔ)配制方法:稱(chēng)取本品105.8g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,使用鹽酸調(diào)節(jié)pH至7.0±0.2(25℃)加熱煮沸1分鐘,冷至25℃,每100ml中加入20315、20316各一支,混勻,分裝。
