四硫磺酸鈉煌綠（TTB）增菌液基礎(chǔ)配制方法:稱取本品93.6g于 1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，使用鹽酸調(diào)節(jié)pH至7.0±0.2，加熱煮沸，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌20分鐘,冷卻，冷暗儲(chǔ)存?zhèn)溆?。臨用前，每100ml加入20315、20316各一支，混合均勻，分裝。

Sodium Chloride/氯化鈉：2.7g
Bile Salts/牛膽鹽：5.0g
Calcium Carbonate/碳酸鈣：40.5g
Sodium Thiosulfate/硫代硫酸鈉：31.9g
Preparation method: This product is called 93.6g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, using hydrochloric acid to adjust pH to 7 + 0.2, heating and boiling, separating, sterilizing at 121 centigrade for 20 minutes, cooling, storing and storing in cold and dark. Before application, add 20315 and 20316 each 100ml, mix evenly and separate.
