Baird-Parker瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法:
稱取本品6.3g于95ml蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，定容,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，冷至50℃,加入1支20801（亞碲酸鉀卵黃增菌液）,輕輕搖勻后傾注平板。

（胰酪蛋白胨：10.0g
Yeast Extract酵母浸粉：1.0g
Beef Extract牛肉浸粉：5.0g
Sodium Pyruvate 丙酮酸鈉：10.0g
Glycine甘氨酸：12.0g
Lithium Chloride氯化鋰：5.0g
Agar瓊脂：20.0g
pH6.8±0.225℃
Call this product 6.3g in 95ml distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil to completely dissolve, fix volume, sterilize at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes.
