霉菌培養(yǎng)基配制方法:
稱取本品48.6g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水
中(可按比例增加或減少配制量),微溫溶解,分裝,115℃高壓滅菌20分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束
后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,備用。

Peptone(蛋白胨) 5.0g
Yeast Extract(酵母浸粉) 2.0g
Dextrose(葡萄糖) 20.0g
Dipotassium phosphate
(磷酸氫二鉀) 1.0g
Magnesium Sulfate(硫酸鎂) 0.5g
Agar(瓊脂) 20.0g
Chloramphenicol(氯霉素) 0.1g
pH6.4±0.2(25℃)
Preparation method:
Weigh 48.6g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water
