霉菌培養(yǎng)基配制方法:
稱取本品48.6g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水
中（可按比例增加或減少配制量），微溫溶解,分裝，115℃高壓滅菌20分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束
后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Peptone（蛋白胨） 5.0g
Yeast Extract（酵母浸粉） 2.0g
Dextrose（葡萄糖） 20.0g
Dipotassium phosphate
（磷酸氫二鉀） 1.0g
Magnesium Sulfate（硫酸鎂） 0.5g
Agar(瓊脂) 20.0g
Chloramphenicol(氯霉素) 0.1g
pH6.4±0.2(25℃)
Preparation method:
Weigh 48.6g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water
