梭菌增菌培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品38.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘或115℃30分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。
Clostridium Enrichment Medium Formula[配方]： g/L
Peptone[胨]：10.0g
Beef Extract[牛肉浸出粉]：10.0g
Yeast Extract[酵母浸出粉]：3.0g
Soluble Starch[可溶性淀粉]：1.0g
Cysteine Hydrochloride[鹽酸半胱氨酸]：0.5g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]：5.0g
Sodium Acetate[乙酸鈉]：3.0g
Dextrose[葡萄糖]：5.0g
Agar[瓊脂]：0.5g
pH6.8±0.2 [25℃]
High pressure sterilization at 121 C for 15 minutes or 115 C for 30 minutes. Shake well after sterilization to prevent agar from depositing on the bottom of the vessel and setting aside.
