大豆酪蛋白消化肉湯培養(yǎng)基 配制方法:稱取本品30.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量],微溫溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘或115℃滅菌30分鐘,備用。

Pancreatic Digest of Casein[胰酪蛋白胨]:17.0g
Enzymatic Digest of Soybean Meal[大豆胨]:3.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉] :5.0g
Dextrose[葡萄糖]:2.5g
Dipotassium phosphate [磷酸氫二鉀]:2.5g
pH7.3±0.2[25℃]
The preparation method of soybean casein digestion broth medium: weigh 30.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can increase or decrease the amount of preparation in proportion], dissolve at a slight temperature, and pack separately, sterilize at 121 C for 15 minutes or at 115 C for 30 minutes, reserve.
