Eugon肉湯配制方法：稱取本品30.4g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。

Sodium Sulfite[亞硫酸鈉] ：0.2g
Dextrose[葡萄糖]：5.5g
pH7.0±0.2[25℃]
