LES-Endo瓊脂的配制方法：稱取本品5.1g于98ml蒸餾水或去離子水中并加入2ml 95%乙醇（可按比例增加或減少配制量），加熱煮沸1分鐘使徹底溶解，傾注平板，備用。

亞硫酸鈉：1.6g

十二烷基硫酸鈉：0.05g

堿性品紅：0.8g

瓊脂：15.0g

pH7.2±0.2(25℃)

LES-Endo agar preparation method: call this product 5.1g in 98ml distilled water or deionized water and add 2ml 95% ethanol (can increase or reduce the amount of preparation by proportionate), heat boiling for 1 minutes to completely dissolve, pour plate, spare.
