亞硫酸鉍瓊脂培養(yǎng)基的配制方法:稱取本品5.23g于100ml蒸餾水或去離子水中，攪拌煮沸溶解1分鐘,定容，冷卻至50—55℃傾注平板。建議每次配制不超過(guò)200ml，配制后隔夜使用且在3天內(nèi)用完。

Preparation method of bismuth bismuth agar medium: This product is called 5.23g in 100ml distilled water or deionized water, stirring and boiling to dissolve for 1 minutes, fixed volume, and cooling to 50 - 55 degrees centigrade. It is suggested that each formulation should not exceed 200ml, and be used overnight after preparation and run out in 3 days.
