甲苯胺藍-DNA 瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法:
稱取本品26.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，微溫溶解，若立即使用可以不滅菌。若不立即使用，121℃高壓滅菌 15分鐘。已滅菌的培養(yǎng)基在室溫可存放 4個月無變化，并經(jīng)數(shù)次熔化后仍可用。

Agar瓊脂 10.0g
Calcium Chloride無水氯化鈣 0.0011g

三羥甲基氨基甲烷 6.1g
pH9.0±0.225℃）
Preparation method:
It is said that the product 26.5G is dissolved in 1L distilled water or deionized water, and it can be dissolved at low temperature. If used immediately, it can not be sterilized. If it is not used immediately, sterilize at 121 C for 15 minutes. The sterilized medium can be stored at room temperature for 4 months without change and is still available after several times of melting.
