Campy-Cefex 瓊脂培養(yǎng)基基礎配制方法:
稱取本品44.2g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結束后請搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，冷至50-55℃，每200ml培養(yǎng)基中添加1支20716和10ml凍融馬血，搖勻，傾注平板。

Campy-Cefex agar medium basis preparation method:
Call this product 44.2g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and boil to completely dissolve, pack, sterilize at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes, after sterilizing, please shake it evenly to prevent agar from depositing at the bottom of the utensils, freezing to 50-55, and adding 1 pieces of 20716 and 10ml frozen horse blood per 200ml medium, shake well, pour flat plate.
