WL營養(yǎng)瓊脂配制方法：稱取本品80.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[若配置WL鑒別培養(yǎng)基，每升培養(yǎng)基中需添加4mg放線菌酮]，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Yeast Extract[酵母浸粉]：4.0g

Pancreatic Digest of Casein[酪胨]：5.0g

Dextrose[葡萄糖]：50.0g

Monopotassium Phosphate[磷酸二氫鉀]：0.55g

Potassium Chloride[氯化鉀]：0.425g

Calcium Chloride [氯化鈣]：0.125g

Magnesium Sulfate[硫酸鎂]：0.125g

Ferric Chloride [氯化鐵]：0.0025g

Manganese Sulfate[硫酸錳]：0.0025g

Bromcresol Green[溴甲酚綠]：0.022g

Agar[瓊脂]：20.0g

pH5.5±0.2[25℃]
