半固體營養(yǎng)瓊脂的配制方法:稱取本品15.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘，搖勻備用。

Peptone/蛋白胨:5.0g
Beef Extract/牛肉粉:3.0g
Agar/瓊脂:7.0g
pH7.0±0.1（25℃)
The preparation method of semisolid nutrient agar: call this product 15.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heat and dissolve, pack, sterilize at 121 centigrade for 15 minutes, shake up and spare.
