氯化鎂孔雀綠增菌液[MM]干粉培養(yǎng)基配置方法：稱取本品31.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，115℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。
