GN增菌液配制方法:
稱取本品39.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中：可按比例增加或減少配制量,加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,115℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,備用。

Tryptone：胰蛋白胨：20.0g
Sodium Chloride：氯化鈉：5.0g
Mannitol：甘露醇：2.0g
Dextrose：葡萄糖：1.0g
Sodium Citrate：檸檬酸鈉：5.0g
Sodium Desoxycholate ：去氧膽酸鈉：0.5g
Dipotassium phosphate：磷酸氫二鉀：4.0g
Monopotassium phosphate：磷酸二氫鉀：1.5g
pH7.0±0.2 (25℃）
Preparation method:
This product is called 39.0g in 1L distilled water or deionized water: can increase or reduce the amount of preparation according to proportion, heat and boil to completely dissolve, separate, 115 centigrade high pressure sterilization for 15 minutes, spare.
