三糖鐵瓊脂TSI配制方法:
稱取本品63.4g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝試管，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后制成高層斜面，備用。

Sodium Thiosulfate
/硫代硫酸鈉：0.2g
Phenol Red/苯酚紅：0.025g
Agar/瓊脂：12.0g
pH7.4±0.2/25℃）
Preparation method:
