豆粉瓊脂配制方法:
稱取本品37.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中,加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,冷至50℃,加入5-10%脫纖維羊血,混勻,傾注平板。

Peas Soak Powder豌豆浸粉 2.5g
Heart Extract Powder牛心浸粉 10.0g
Sodium Chloride氯化鈉 5.0g
Agar瓊脂 20.0g
pH7.5±0.1(25℃)
