麥康凱瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品50.0g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中，加熱煮沸至完全溶解，分裝，121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結(jié)束后請(qǐng)搖勻，以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固，備用。

Gelatin of trypsin digestion content[明膠胰酶水解物] ：17.0g
Peptone[胨]：3.0g
Lactose[乳糖]：10.0g
Sodium Chloride[氯化鈉]：5.0g
Sodium deoxycholate[脫氧膽酸鈉]：1.5g
Neutral Red[中性紅]：0.03g
Crystal Violet[結(jié)晶紫：0.001g
Agar[瓊脂]：13.5g
pH7.1±0.2[25℃]
The preparation method of McConkey agar medium: 50.0g of this product in 1L distilled water or deionized water, heated and boiled until completely dissolved, packed, high-pressure sterilization at 121 ~C for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, in order to prevent agar from depositing on the bottom of the vessel and solidifying, reserve.
