Tergitol-7瓊脂培養(yǎng)基配制方法：稱取本品56.2g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中（可按比例增加或減少配制量）,加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,冷卻至50℃左右時，每100mL培養(yǎng)基中加入1支20101（0.5%TTC溶液，1mL），混勻倒入無菌平皿，備用。 資料來自青島日水生物。
